The Role
The role of the Membership Consultant is vital to the Membership team.  You will be the initial point of contact for potential and existing members and therefore responsible for presenting a professional, friendly and efficient service.

Your primary role will be to answer a variety of calls from members in connection with their RCN membership. These calls range from signing up new members, changes to member details and dealing with general enquiries.

The Candidate
You will be highly customer service focussed, professional with exceptional communication and rapport building skills.

The Hours
There are 2 part time (17.5 hours) fixed term maternity cover positions until 24 May 2013 available with various shift patterns available between 9.30am – 2.30pm and 4.30pm - 8.30pm Monday – Friday. Consideration will be given to variations of the above pattern.
